Are Venky’s of London, owners of Blackburn Rovers, preparing to sue Football Agent Jerome Anderson ?
Anderson’s Kentaro  / SEM Sports Agency were employed by the Rao Family (pic above) when they completed the purchase of Rovers in November 2010.
Lawyers for Venky’s are considering bringing legal action against Anderson for alleged misrepresentation, corruption, mismanagement, misadvise and misconduct.
Renowned Sports journalist Charles Sale of the Daily Mail has allegedly suggested that this is likely to happen.
Writing in his Sports agenda column on 29-04-2015 he revealed an ‘Extraordinary Letter’, sent by Venky’s Lawyers to Kentaro’s / Anderson’s legal representatives, that was doing the rounds.
The letter came some 12 months after the takeover and the sacking of manager Sam Allardyce.
The letter, amongst many other things, alleges that it was Anderson who advised and persuaded the new Indian owners to sack Allardyce and replace him with, the then coach, Steve Kean, a client of Kentaro’s  Agency partners SEM. Of whom Football pundit Charlie Nicholas, was at the time, a Director / Advisor to the company.
This advice, Venky’s somewhat naively took and sacked Allardyce. With dire consequences. Enabling Anderson to commit an ‘outrageous Premiership heist’, never before seen in the history of English Football. An outrage against Blackburn Rovers, its fans and the new rookie owners.
This website did warn what was happening in March 2011. But no one took any notice and I was subjected to abuse and ridicule. My thoughts and fears for Rovers are well documented, dated and timed, for scrutiny. The Lancashire Telegraph was even quoted in the Daily Mail as calling my comments and observations ‘incendiary’, after banning me from the paper. But that is the useless, spineless, Lancashire Telegraph for you.
But SEM say it was entirely Venky’s decision to dispense with Allardyce as they wanted to see “Good Entertaining Football”. Yeah Right !!
Venky’s had only been owners for a month when Allardyce was sacked and had appointed Anderson as their advisor.
They had openly admitted they had no knowledge or expertise in running a Football club. Despite having two of Footballs most respected administrators on board, in John Williams and Tom Finn.
Instead they employed the services of Anderson, Nicholas and their Companies – Big Mistake.
The day following Allardyces sacking (14.12.10) matriarch Mrs A Desai was interviewed on Sky Sports news by Jim White.
When asked by White, the reasons for sacking Allardyce,  she replied “Blackburn Rovers should be a top four side, playing entertaining football and competing in Europe, I like to be entertained. “
I kid you not, this is the jist of what she said. A woman who knew nothing of Football and never watched a Premiership game or even a football match in her life.
May I suggest this statement was compiled by Anderson.
Obviously Mrs Desai know the truth, hence their Lawyers activity.
The Rao family are livid at what has happened to their club and investment. They have been duped. Despite warnings from John Williams and Tom Finn. As outlined in their letter to Mrs Desai dated 04.01.2011. Of which I and others have obtained a copy, but more of that to follow at a later date.
I am led to believe that Venky’s have not dropped the issue and are still pursuing the matter along with other issues. Believe to include the signing of players at extortionate transfer fees and on long expensive contracts. That have led to Rovers falling foul of FFP regulations and incurring a transfer embargo.
They are particularly perturbed at losing Premiership status, with attendances being almost halved from an average of 25,000 down to 12,500.
What other contents are in the letter, alleging misconduct by Anderson and Co, I do not know. But Charles Sale does, he possesses a copy. He has indicated further revelations are to follow in his daily column. But so far, nothing.
I have approached him for a copy, so far without success.
However if any supporter feels strongly enough to have all the details of Venky’s lawyers letter revealed, then make you feelings known to Charles Sale. And he might oblige, email  This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and twitter.com/charliesale. Or see Daily Mail for contact info.
Put on the pressure. We are entitled to know what is happening at our club.
On the subject of what is happening at our club. May I beg the question “what is the Lancashire Telegraph doing in all this.” They no doubt have received or seen copies of said letters. Why do they not keep the Blackburn public, who they serve, better informed? A Mystery !
Jerome Anderson has not deceived the ‘Useless’ The Lanc’s Telegraph as well.
Has he ??

Probably you have already seen the excellent documentary. VENKYS, THE FALL OF BLACKBURN ROVERS.
Made by documentary maker Rishi Sikka (pic above) in the summer 2012.
It is featured on YouTube and on a Jerome Anderson’s Google page.
It is a documentary which plots the downfall of Rovers from November 2010 until the Summer 2012. It features many well-known journalists, media pundits, former Rovers players, and officials and Councillors of Blackburn and Darwen, including local MP’s. Not to mention Shebby Singh.
It has had almost 58,000 hits. Quite modest in my view for such an excellent piece, portraying Rovers most turbulent history.
What is really striking and frightening is the doom and gloom it paints for the Rovers future.
Three years hence things have got even worse at Ewood Park than in the Summer 2012, and the documentary is quite poignant. If you have not seen it, do so.
Also on YouTube and on Anderson’s Google page is the infamous interview Anderson gave Sky Sports on the 10.01.2012. in which Anderson tries to absolve himself of any blame for Rovers demise and paints a rosy picture for Rovers future.
Watch it and weep.
Surprisingly it has only 5,000 hits, everyone with Rovers interest at heart should watch it. Then get angry.

David Dunn and Paul Robinson (pic above) have both left Ewood Park after years of distinguished service for Blackburn Rovers. We wish them well.
It begs the question “will they reveal what went on in 2010 / 2011 following the Venky’s take over.
These two, more than most, witnessed the OUTRAGEOUS HEIST OF A PREMIERSHIP CLUB, by outsiders brought in and trusted by Venky’s, to advise them how to run a football club.
I refer of course to KENTARO / SEM, run by the then MD Jerome Anderson and including Charlie Nicholas as Director / Advisor.
The sacking of Sam Allardyce in December 2010 is well documented. As is the resignations / sackings of John Williams and Tom Finn.
I have in my possession a copy letter signed and sent by Messrs John Williams / Chairman, Tom Finn / MD and Martin Goodman / Finance Director. To Mrs Anuradha Desai.
The letter lays bare their fears for the future of Blackburn Rovers.
The letter, which many may have seen, is very revealing and brings into question who was running the Rovers. Them or Jerome Anderson. We all now know the answer to that.
David Dunn has already dropped hints in the media, that the new owners were let down by other parties. So as Michael Salgardo and Keith Andrews.
I don’t imagine Dunn or Robinson will write a book, probably won’t, find a publisher. Rovers have to small a fan base.
More likely to be National Newspaper article.
We await any revelations.

Footnote: Trying to get said letter into public domain. Why don’t the Lancashire Telegraph produce it. They must have it in their possession.

It took Blatter just four days to fall on his sword as the FIFA corruption allegations gathered pace.
Would it be too much to hope that the FA and the Premier League are now provoked into carrying out investigations into the Rovers transfer activities after the Anderson driven take over by Venky’s.
By his own admission, Anderson (pic above) was ‘Involved’ in transfers. Too right – he was  - to the extent Rovers paid out an incomprehensible £4.3m in agent fees. On £9.3m (45%) while Manchester United paid out the same fees on £56.4m in transfers. And Swansea’s agent bill was £240,000 on same transfer fees as Rovers. WHY ?
An allegedly astonishing fee of £1.6m was paid for the £400,000 transfer of Reuben Rochina. WHY ?
The clubs accounts were transferred to India with obscene haste. WHY ?
Our skilled and experienced administrators were swept aside. WHY ?
Plus all the questions of the absurdity of many other mysterious decisions ostensibly taken by Chicken farmers from India with absolutely no knowledge of Football !
I believe Venky’s are pursuing Anderson for redress. They should hand over their evidence to the FA and Premier League for investigation to.
Not that the useless, spineless Lancashire Telegraph would be of any help to anyone in their pursual.

Speaking on SKY TV soccer Saturday 11th April 2015, Charlie Nicholas confounded all Blackburn Rovers supporters when he talked of Sam Allardyce in glowing terms.
Asked did he think West Ham should renew Allardyce’s contract at the end of the season. Nicholas gave a resounding yes.
Going on to say, “what a good job Sam had done at West Ham”, and with the move from Upton Park to the Olympic Stadium only 12 months away, staying in the Premiership was vital to the further financial stability of the club.
Nicholas said that Big Sam “would deliver Premiership football, he doesn’t do relegation and under his leadership West Ham would have no fear of being involved in a relegation battle”.
Cannot say I disagree with one word that Nicholas had to say. But what of four years ago in 2010, just after Venky’s had purchased Blackburn Rovers.
Kentaro SEM, the sports agency for whom Nicholas was a Director / Consultant, recommended to Mrs Anuradha Desai that they sack Big Sam in order to progress Rovers further.
Well – we all know what happened to that peace of wisdom – football oblivion.
So why was Charlie Nicholas party to such an alleged ridiculous piece of advice. ? Delivered by SEM Managing Director Jerome Anderson.
GREED – Is the answer.
Nicholas and Anderson allegedly saw it as the ideal opportunity to perform ‘THE MOST OUTRAGEOUS PREMIERSHIP HEIST’. And they succeeded – in fact it was so simple to be believable. But they needed a willing Manager for their plan to work – enter the AWFUL KEAN.
They took full advantage of the new, naive, trusting Indian owners. They deceived them in a shameful manner.
The alleged plot, all Rovers fans are now well aware of. Sack Allardyce, appoint ‘our own man’ a puppet manager. Who will comply to our wishes.
Alienate Chairman John Williams and Chief Executive Tom Finn. Leading to their sackings / resignations some four months later. After all the departures, with Venky’s blessing, and Bingo – “do what we want – take what we want and nobody will have the nouse to stop us” !.
Hence millions £ spent and wasted at will. Players bought for ridiculous sums of money on long and expensive contracts whilst promising Venky’s European Football, Premiership Trophies and ruling the football world.
The first Indian owners of a English club would be hailed as Genius Entrepreneurs.
In effect a Sports Agency, SEM, ran Rovers for the best part of two years and bankrupted it. By installing and buying their own clients and reaping the financial awards.
If Mrs Anuradha Desai still requires more convincing that she was duped, do no more that re-run that SKY TV tape with Nicholas extolling the virtues of Allardyce. The very man he vilified publicly on the same SKY TV Channel in 2010 then in 2011 / 2012 when the fans wanted Kean out.
Nicholas even vilified the fans for their protest. Saying they were unfounded, ill-advised and uninformed – in other words stupid.
Then of course we had the infamous Anderson interview - which was much of the same and SKY to their disgrace never sought an alternative point of view from the Rovers Supporters Action Group.
If Mrs Desai and her brothers do not realise by now they were duped and the club ruined, probably beyond repair, then god help us.
Legal redress is one course of action they could take. But will they?. They employ some of the world’s finest International Lawyers and legal brains. Surely they could put Anderson in ‘the dock’. He is at present facing charges for alleged fraud at Newcastle crown court, an action brought against him by another sports agency.
An open and honest statement to the fans, whose lives Venky’s have ruined, might repair some of the damage.
It might just attract back to Ewood some of the missing thousands who have left the club.
Anderson and Nicholas should get their comeuppance – it is all down to Mrs Desai with the help of Rovers supporters. She saw the level of support against Liverpool and she would have that kind of support right behind her if she ‘Bites the Bullet’ and seeks redress for the wrongs committed against her, her family, Rovers supporters, the town and our football club.
